SHIPPING POLICY
We offer two different types of shipping methods:
Your order will arrive approximately 3 – 10 business days from the date of purchase, excluding statutory holidays. Our standard instruction to our delivery partners is ‘delivery with signature’. The Customer will be liable for the loss/theft of a parcel if the delivery instruction has been altered by the customer directly with the delivery partner.
As always, we will do our best within our reasonable ability to accommodate any issue and special requests.
RETURNS POLICY
Terms and Conditions for Faulty Item Returns:
- Seller shall pay return postage for faulty item returns.
- Final refund amount shall be subject to inspection upon item return.
- For items not found faulty upon inspection, refund amount shall be subject to item condition, and shall be issued after deducting return postage charges.
- For items not found faulty upon inspection, the seller reserves the right not to accept such return. If return is accepted, the refund amount shall be subject to item condition upon inspection.
- If an item is not found faulty upon inspection, the seller reserves the right to return the item to the buyer at buyer's cost.
Please note that Change of Mind Returns are not accepted in health and beauty categories of products due to hygiene related issues.
DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
Buyer will be liable for the loss/theft of a parcel if delivery instruction has been altered by the buyer directly with the delivery company.

Damage : GreenSkins is not required to accept any returned item that, as a result of customer negligence, misuse or tampering is, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition.
